    Cause:The material and/or saw was not held firmly, which caused the blade to twist or jam in the cut and loosen the segment.
    Cure:Hold material or saw firmly.

    reduce pressure
    use coarser grit
  • About The Vitrified Grinding WheelPROBLEM: POOR STOCK REMOVAL
    POSSIBLE CAUSE: Insufficient pressure applied wheel too coarse or hard inadequate abrasive
    SUGGESTED CORRECTION: Increase pressure to use all available power,use finer grit and/or softer grade wheel
